Hanging planters

We are knee deep in the move to our new studio space (more on that soon!) Our new ceiling has exposed beams and pipes — so there is no shortage of places to hang trailing plants. Eager and excited, we headed to the nursery for additions to our plantiful family. We came home with spider plants, pothos, staghorn ferns, creeping charlies and more. We now have a family of nearly 25 hanging plants! How should we hang them? We’re gleaning inspo from our own books (hehe)
(Our new book The New Bohemians Handbook will be here in just six weeks and these photos are some of the outtakes).
Right now our new plant babies are just chilling on the regular hangers from the nursery, but we have our eyes on some bohotastic hanging planters:
All these macrame lovelies are from our partner site, Chairish. Find these pieces are my other favorites from this month right here.
