Islabikes is hiring a bicycle technician . Our ideal candidate possesses a love of cycling and is excited at the prospect of following that love into a career. Since we focus exclusively on children’s bikes we are also searching for people passionate about the health and wellbeing of children. We strive to do our part to get more children on bikes.

As an Islabikes technician you will be responsible for assembling and testing bikes to a very high standard. You will work as part of a team to ensure that our bikes are delivered on time and our customers are 100% satisfied with their new Islabike.

Desirable

• Previous experience in bicycle mechanics, although full training will be given.

Principle responsibilities

• Performing a pre-delivery inspection on bicycles prior to delivery
• Maintain a safe and clean workshop environment

Hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: Will depend on experience

Benefits: 28 paid days off per annum and health insurance
