A great bed is often all you really need to take your bedroom to the next level- after all, it’s one of the largest pieces of furniture in the house, and the average person spends 1/3 of their life in bed! For a Boho bedroom that’s still airy and natural, you can’t go wrong with rattan, wicker, bamboo and other natural materials like the three at the top. If you’re looking to make a bolder boho statement with your headboard, carved wood options offer pattern and a strong focal point for the room. Looking for something a little more classic? Metal and upholstered headboards and beds can be some of the most flexible options- easily made more bohemian with the right bedding and accessories, but adapting to a number of other decor styles as well. Last, but not least- you can never go wrong with Mid-century modern options. We love the sculptural headboard in the middle- it would add great graphic interest to any bedroom.
