This post was created in partnership withHouse of Marley.

For me, a well decorated home is not just about furniture and plants. From the scent of palo santo upon entry to the sound of the perfect beats bouncing in the background, I believe that living well means living with a home that satisfies all of the senses.

Today I’ve teamed up with my bestie Dabito to create an editorial for House of Marley . They make exceptional audio systems made from earth friendly materials, like Forest Stewardship Council-certified woods and recycled plastics. And we are just in time for Father’s Day in case any papas in your life could use some bomb new speakers, you can use the code DAD20 for 20% off anything in the shop. Holla.

Here is the Get Up Stand Up speaker making itself right at home on our reclaimed wooden shelves. Speakers are certainly not normally known for their aesthetic value, and I feel like the Get Up Stand Up speaker really does marry beautiful design with great performance.

The One Foundation system is bananas. Pictured above in Dabito’s plantastic sun room, and below in my cosmic desert bedroom, the sound of this speaker really pours out so smooth and fills up the whole home.

I’m also really digging the portable bluetooth Get Together speaker in a lighter natural bamboo wood front (pictured below). Hello yard/beach/patio/camping/picnic/post hiking impromptu dance party situation!

Also, all the speakers are bluetooth–it’s super easy to connect to your phone and play from Spotify, Pandora, Google Music or how ever you get down.

And they have headphones! I’m kind of a headphone fiend–I wear them a lot at work while drawing and painting. These are really, really great — and *bonus* no chord (also functions with bluetooth).

Lately I’ve been listening to a lot of Astrud Gilberto, the John Legend’s Pandora station, Beyonce’s Lemonade (duh!) and Sam Cooke. How about you? How do you get down?

This post was sponsored by House of Marley. Get 20% off everything with code DAD20 for Father’s Day. Offer valid until 6/20/16.  All thoughts and opinions are my own.
