Ruckus Composites is a fast-growing, cutting-edge carbon fiber repair organization looking to hire a service & mechanics specialist to assist us with internal operations as we continue on our upward growth trend.

Essential Job Duties:

*Internal operations assistance with both customers and Ruckus staff in regard to bicycle components and service
*Daily communications management with in-house customers
*Daily shipping and receiving
*Facilitation of customer estimate verification, follow-up communication and other general administrative tasks
*Routine reporting using management software
*Ongoing carbon fiber and composite materials education
*Ensuring full adherence to Ruckus Composites Quality Assurance standards
*Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to help out wherever necessary

Qualifications:

*Experienced and proven bike mechanic
*Customer Friendly Background preferred
*Internal Support and Flow Management experience
*A drive to learn about carbon fiber and composite materials
*Willingness to follow direction
*Ability to engage customers and follow through on all commitments
*Extremely well-organized and detail oriented
*Friendly and engaging phone and email presence
*Comfortable with activity tracking and consistent follow up communications
*Basic Office software skills required: gMail, gCalendar, Podio experience is a plus
*Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to help out whenever necessary
