Job Description

River City Bicycles is seeking an experienced and skilled mechanic with an excellent sense for customer-relations to provide top-notch service to our customers and their bicycles.
This is a seasonally full time role for a full-service mechanic. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assessing bicycles for required repairs, providing accurate repair estimates, completing repairs of all varieties, researching and placing special orders, learning/operating a point of sale system, assembling new bicycles, and helping customers on the sales floor as well as in the shop.

Candidates should be familiar with and open to servicing all types of bicycles, including commuter bikes, road bikes, mountain bikes, and E-bikes. Enthusiasm, attention to detail, organization, a strong work ethic and effective communication skills are essential for this position.
