Job Description

Joe Bike is looking for an experienced mechanic who is friendly, personable, responsible, and passionate about bikes and our community. Knowledge of touring, gravel, bikepacking, and day-to-day city riding is important.

You should have at least 2 years of experience at a bike shop or a combination of UBI training and bike shop experience. Aside from diagnosing and fixing bikes, you’ll be working with customers on the sales floor and doing other shop functions. You must be a good communicator with both colleagues and customers. Maturity, integrity, and kindness are more important than any technical skills.

This is a full-time position with 4 days on and 3 off, and is intended to be year-round. We’ll also consider applicants for part-time and/or seasonal work. Weekend availability is a plus.

Compensation and benefits are competitive.
