Job Description

Castelli USA is seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager for our warehouse in Northeast Portland. This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day warehouse activities of a small crew of warehouse workers (picking, packing, shipping, receiving, etc.). Applicants should be highly organized with good attention to detail, and a strong team player who can motivate employees while keeping a positive work environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• This position is a working manager who will manage the workflow of a small (3-4) team of warehouse workers and do the work as well.
• Receive inbound products and put away on shelves
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Ship orders using UPS Small Package and various LTL freight carriers
• Use internal and ERP/WMS systems/software to manage inventory inbound, counts, and outbound
• Process returns
• Keep warehouse organized and clean
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to stay focused on long-term goals and adapt as new priorities come up
• A positive attitude, highly motivated, and a strong team player
• Can communicate effectively with management and other departments within the company
• Punctual and maintain a good attendance record

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• College degree and 3-4 years warehouse experience, or
• High school degree and 5+ years warehouse experience demonstrating increasing responsibilities over time
• Windows PC skills: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience with shipping systems and websites: UPS Worldship, Quantum View Manage, Flex Global View, FedEx, DHL, USPS
• Experience with ERP/IMS systems and a good understanding of inventory movement/costing principles
