Job Description *
We’re looking for a friendly, highly knowledgeable mechanic with strong communication skills to run our custom-build program, where you’ll help people turn their bike dreams into their dream bikes. You’ll focus on frame-up builds of higher-end touring, bikepacking, all-road, and commuter bikes. You’ll also help people customize from our lineup of complete bikes. This job involves a lot of in-person, phone, and email contact with customers, with whom you’ll be working from first contact through specifications, sourcing, wheelbuilds, assembly, and support after completion. You must be able to work independently, while also contributing to a team atmosphere, and you must be good at managing several projects at once. Experience with Lightspeed is a plus.

Compensation is competitive. Health insurance and other benefits are included.

This is a year-round, full-time position and it’s available immediately.
